ALL ASSETS OF Troll Master

WHITE BEAR LAKE, MINNESOTA (USA) MarineTech Products, Inc. (www.marinetechproducts.com ), noted for its premier line of Panther, Navigator, EZ Steer, Anglers Pal and Detwiler marine products, announced the acquisition of all assets of Topline Control, Inc. makers of TrollMaster, http://www.troll-masterpro.com/. Troll Master is the premier manufacturer of auxiliary outboard remote throttle systems for gas power trolling motors. TrollMaster designs incorporate microprocessor technology providing unmatched throttle control precision for the ‘kicker' motor. TrollMaster is designed to interface with Panther's T-4 Electrosteer, remote steering system, providing the boater with a completely integrated speed and steering solution. The water tight control housings can be hand-held or panel mounted protecting these products against the harshest of conditions including saltwater applications. TrollMaster products as with all Marinetech product lines will be sold through 2-step distribution, as well as through major retailers. All Manufacturing, sales and marketing will move to MarineTech corporate headquarters in White Bear Lake, Minnesota.

MARINETECH NAMES BARRET DICKINSON

AS NATIONAL SALES MANAGER

DICKINSON BRINGS 13 YEARS OF INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE TO MARINETECH

White Bear Lake, MN (June 15, 2010) – MarineTech Products is proud to announce the addition of Barret Dickinson as national sales manager. Barret will work on a national level to support the MarineTech family brands, including Panther Marine, EZSteer, Detwiler, Anglers Pal and Navigator.

“We are thrilled to have Barret join the MarineTech team,” said Larry Grundtner, president of MarineTech Products, “From manufacturing to retail sales, Barret has a full scope perspective of the industry that will help bring MarineTech to the next level.”

Barret, a lifetime boater and fisherman, has worked on several sides of the marine industry. Most recently, Barret worked for four years at GSW and Associates Inc. as a manufacturer’s sales representative. Previous to that, he worked at Land ‘N’ Sea Distributing as marketing, purchasing and e-commerce supervisor and as general manager for West Marine.
